How long have you been in business?
1977-1989 Vice president development and building company
1988-Top 3% of agents in United States for national company.
Top consistant listing and sales agent. A big part of my life is real estate. It is fun and clients are terrific!
What is your primary product or service?
To use all of my knowledge to assist clients to make the most informed choices. Getting know, taking "care" of, listening to and "sensing" what different personalties are asking of me without actually having to wait until clients have to explain to me.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In my earlier twenties I wanted to buy a home instead of renting. No one in real estate bothered to take the time or did not have enough knowledge to assist me. No money was available for a down payment but unbeknown to me there were "assisted" mortgage programs for my teacher salary level.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
After clients have purchased or listed their homes with me they are given a questionaire "How Did I Do"? I would say that over 98% have said my friendly, knowledgeable service met or exceed their expectations.
What are your hours of operation?
My personal hours per day is "as long as it takes" to get the work completed.
